Location
Reviews and Ratings
Vino Bello has its ups and downs. The suites are generally spacious with nice amenities, including kitchens and a washer/dryer, which we appreciated. The location is somewhat isolated but provides convenient transportation options to Napa. Even though we enjoyed some complimentary perks, parking was a challenge, especially with ongoing construction across the street. The service was hit-or-miss during check-in, which left a sour note on our experience.
Our stay had its ups and downs. The property has a unique charm and spacious accommodations, but I didn't appreciate the pressure of the timeshare sales pitches during check-in. While the resort offered some great amenities like pools and a convenient kitchen in our room, the dining experience left much to be desired, especially at the restaurant.
I had a nice stay overall at this resort, but there were definitely some issues that need addressing. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making for a pleasant experience. However, I found the pressure from staff to attend timeshare presentations quite bothersome. The amenities were top-notch, and the pools were a great way to unwind after exploring Napa Valley. While the location is decent, it could offer more direct access to wineries and attractions. I appreciate the complimentary wine and the quality of the rooms, but the service could be improved, especially in regard to the timeshare push.
While Vino Bello offers well-equipped units and a cozy atmosphere, the stay was marred by inconsistent service and the overwhelming timeshare pitch that overshadowed the experience. The location is somewhat unconventional, being situated in a corporate park away from the main attractions, and certain aspects like the sewer gas smell in the bathroom left much to be desired.
